Wholemeal rolls / teacakes

    I wouldn't normally start this a a thread but desperately need to check and I'm no where near my books are two small wholemeal rolls / teacakes a healthy extra b or do I need to syn them? Thanks Kelly

    You can have 57g wholemeal bread or roll for your HEB but teacake is completely different and needs to be synned I'm afraid.

    57g of wholemeal roll is not very much so probably only one of your small rolls.
