I had the same problem. The 57g ones are from tescos and they are labeled as being the good for you (or whatever tescos lighter products are called) ones. I don't think any others count.

All 57g wholemeal rolls count, but the asda large wholemeal rolls are about 63g, so I pinch off a corner and then reweigh and that usually does it! :)

Yep your choices are either to take a bit off to make them 57g, or syn the excess bit of bread. Or if like me you always have syns left over any you just don't bother with the extra few grammes.
