Ohhh well done. I get so excited for the people in my group when they pick up awards, but its just soooooo exciting. We all know what a hard struggle it can be so when somebody gets an award and we all clap, it just feels great.
I hope youve displayed it somewhere promanent.

I was well pleased... I wasn't expecting it at all as I don't have huge losses but I always loose at least 1lb xx

Last week I lost 1.5lbs and in total for march I lost 8lb... Going well so far... Ideally like to lose a further 14lbs xx
