Ha - Poppy - I just love weeks like this - I spend all week telling people on Minis 'don't worry about the scales, you're definitely losing weight and inches and fat if you stick to the plan' and then I get on the scales and go 'Oh - THIS ISN'T SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN TO ME!'
That said - after two 'small' losses...I've got my hopes pinned on Week 11. Come on, I want 5lbs off...I'm weighing in in my bra and pants next week just to make sure.
Haa haa!!! I like your style! When I was doing WW or SW I used to take off my watch and necklace and any other thing because the losses were so minimal half the time!! Quite often wanted to get weighed in just underwear to see a tiny little bit of weight loss!
At my old SW class there was alway's a massive que for the toilet before people got in the que to get weighed. If you went pee after you got weighed the consultant made you weigh again I'm pleased those day's are gone fighting for every ounce

I lost ZERO last week and then actually GAINED last night!

I shall be joining you putting people on the naughty step for complaining at 'only' losing 6 lbs this week!!! Lol
