    Weighed in for week one and it's between 7 & 8 lbs so I will go with lbs! I'm happy with that, first week.
    Today's menu delights are.....
    B/fast. Eggs and bacon
    Lunch. Tuna and egg salad
    Tea. Lamb steak cauliflower and broccoli

    Yum yum!
