Whoops Food Diary - help keep me keep the bread monster locked up!

Here we go then. Thought I would try and hold myself accountable on here as * week had me munching the bread a bit to much last week.

Not done one of these diary things on here apart from waffling on my blog. If you don't mind a bit of waffle we should be ok :)

I mostly do green days with the odd EE thrown in. Don't eat a huge amount of meat and when I do it's chicken or turkey usually.

I know I'm going out a couple of times over the weekend so am going to try and keep my syns low the rest of the week. Going to see OH's parents on saturday - his Mum is slimming too though not SW so that shouldn't be to bad a day. Sunday we are going for a carvery with my Dad for Fathers Day and am going to have a drinky poo with my lunch as I rarely drink because am always the driver but pub we are going to is local. Dinner itself shouldn't be to bad as will have turkey, just try not to go overboard on the roasties and stuffing ;)

Today so far:

Both HExA's for tea/coffee /cereal throughout the day

Breakfast ~

2 warm Weetabix (HExB)
Chopped banana
Cup of tea
Mango Shape zero yogurt

Snack~
Apple

Lunch~
Curry Savoury Rice (with added onions)
Tesco chicken style fillet
Lettuce & spinach
Glass of water

Dinner (will be)~
Cous cous burgers
Oil to fry (2 syns)
New potatoes
Cauliflower, mushrooms, courgette
Glass of water
Strawberry Cheesecake Muller light (1 syn)

Snacks (if I have any)~
Apple, nectarine
