For some reason I am really hungry today which I almost never am. I tend to eat purely through habit but today Im feeling really hungry and struggling not to eat.

To make matters worse I have birthday cake to cut up and distribute later so will be fighting the urge to eat some of that as well.

On the plus side the willpower I showed last night at F&Bs is noones business. The server didnt listen to a word I was saying and I ended up with chips instead of salad with my meal. I didnt even touch them at all and then sat and watched the kids eating desserts and didnt finish them off for them, lol. Just need to keep that willpower to get me through today.

You've said it! You had the willpower to get through last night and today you can do the same. We all have these days. Have you anything you can pick at that wont send you out of ketosis? Anything?! lol

That's what I do and also -BEAT THE WATER INTO YOU!! Have a wee think about why you're doing this and why you remained so focussed last night to refresh your motivation and keep you from diving into that evil fat sugary fat making cake!!

I ate a tiny bit of mattesons sausage and feel much better. Although I must admit I did lick my fingers after cutting the cake but other than that its all wrapped up and put away in the fridge so did quite well with that one I think.
