l only binge on unhealthy food. Why? I love vegetables, Why can't I binge on peppers?
If I cut up enough veg (and some fruit) in the morning, I do find I tend to binge on that first. Things like apple, carrot batons, cabbage and cauliflower. I think the problem (for me at least) is that the junk food (e.g. chocolate) is much more readily accessible that the fruit and veg, unless I prepare in advance.
Sugar Snaps! These are now my snack/binge food! They're healthy, sweet and all you need to do is give them a bit of a rinse under some water before eating them. Sooo good, I have to have them in the house, or I'll go for the bread!
