Ve been a complete idiot wen it comes to weight loss for the past month and a half! And at the start of august I thought I would get back on track. Anyway I lost 2kg so far and today was my weigh day. I was STS and because I worked out all week and ate healthy I was so annoyed with myself that......

I ate and ate and ate! I hate myself rite now and I can't describe the anger I feel with in me for being so foolish! This is not the first time I have done this! Why oh why don't I learn? I really hate myself right now! :(
