I found this recipe for soup on the SW site, but can't understand why it has to be syned - 2.5 on both EE & Green plan. Why?

    568ml/1pt stock made with Vecon
    142g/5oz parsnip, chopped
1 apple, peeled, cored & chopped
    113g/4oz potato, chopped
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp curry powder
    1tbsp fat-free natural fromage frais

Apple is only free when it's raw. You have to syn it if you cook it, which I presume you would in this recipe :)

I do wish they'd point out which parts in a recipe are syns so you could make the call yourselves whether to put them in or not! Sometimes its v difficult to figure it out yourself!
