Just wondered, is the only reason you can't add hot water to the shakes/soups because they could explode in the shaker or is it because it does something to the make up or nutritional value of them? X
Ahhh I wondered this too D: How long after boiling should you let the water stand before mixing? I left it about 2 minutes and it was hot but not boiling, would this be okay? :3
You're welcome I do the same for the mint chocolate shake, but with a bit more water than the soups, so it tastes just like a normal hot chocolate. It's lovely to have in the evening about an hour before bed!
That's an awesome idea too I'll try that sometime, heheh. My CDC said she's going to order a whole box of mint chocs just for me, heheheh I tried the cold/boiling water method earlier, it worked really well, thank you
