So I'm on day 13 and really wanna have a treat tonight! My sister is coming round woth hee fella n
She has said why dnt we get a bottle of wine n a pizza. I really really want too :(

What should I do? I would go straight back
On diet 2morrow but I know I should just resist! Help ladies i need some advice

hey hun . If you are in ketosis then the bottle of wine is a really really bad idea , it can do you a lot of damage if you drink in ketosis :( If you really want to eat then could you pick something better than pizza ?? its full of carbs and fat , likely to make you feel aweful and will take you a long way out of ketosis ... how about a chinese and have an omelette or foo yung ? or cook yourself some chicken ??

obviously this is your decision and I hope you dont make one you regret xxx

I know after i have had it I'm sure I will regret it, but y do i still want to? I feel like I'm at war with myself! Bad times! I dnt think I'm going to cheat now so thanks ladies :( xxx

we all know how you feel hun , thats why we are here !! we all know that we dont NEED the food but still want it , we all know that it wont taste as nice as we imagine , but still we want it , we all know it will make us feel ill , guilty , bloated , failures .. but that little voice still tells us thats it what we need most in the world .. but you have to try and talk back to that little voice and tell it to shut the heck up !!!!


It is sooo hard and we all have slip ups and fall off the wagon many times , but we will all get there in the end , all we need to do is not give up :)

I think once you have your head and stomach set on having something then there's very little that will make you change your mind. If you are absolutely set on eating then I would choose something you'll quickly recover from (ie get back into ketosis) avoid pizza it all costs it's just all carb and fat you need to focus on protein. You need to get out of ketosis before you drink too because it'll make you feel really crap plus it will completely stop fat burning. Good luck, I haven't been that great the last few days either, 2 months in and I've had a bit of a wobbly patch but I won't let it stop me, don't let it stop you too! Xx

I didn't do it :) yay!!!! I'm so happy!! I went to asda, go myself 2 mags an a can of coke zero and went to bed early!! I'm so so happy now!! I will be fine the rest of the week it's just Saturdays! Well I've conckered 2 now!!! So happy!!

Do any of u know where I can get some decent scales? x

Thank u Hun, how r u doing? How long have u been on the diet? I come on here through my phone so I cnt see any stats phone x
nearly 5 weeks and ate for the first time friday but im not beating myself up but i wont be doing it again x
