    Hiya all hope everyones fine, had my WI this morning lost a further 3 lb's, so only 9 lb's to go. :)


    Start weight 18.00st
    week1 8lb's lost
    week2 5lb's lost
    week3 6lb's lost
    week4 4lb's lost
    week5 5lb's lost
    week6 6lb's lost
    week7 5lb's lost
    week8 3lb's lost (3 stones lost:):))
    week9 5lb's lost (stopped smoking after 10yrs:):))
    week10 3lb's lost
    week11 4lb's lost
    week12 4lb's lost
    week13 3lb's lost

    Funny thing is as you mentioned in one of your posts it doesn't feel like it's been 13 weeks at all.

    Amazing isn't it, these 13 weeks seem to have flown by! I really didn't think I'm manage 2 months on this (my original aim) but now I feel like I could stay on here till I'm at target - even if that does mean another 3 or 4 months!

    Do you also find yourself detacted from food? I thought I'd have real problems with temptation, especially having to cook for the children but it's been okay!

    You should be at target in about 3 weeks at 3lb a week. That is fantastic news. You have done brilliantly, and to give up smoking as well!!!! Awesome!

    Thanks cuddlyfairy for your comments I can totally agree with you, I cook for my wife just to pass the time and i find i have no problems with that at all.

    Thank's for the comments, Julze took your advice & joined a boxercise class been going for the last 3 weeks , this has helped so much with toning, recommend this to anyone good laugh & great for fitness.:)
