    lwell i was outrageous last week and put on 2lbs:cry:

    So glad to see this week ive lost the 2lbs i put on plus a wee 1lb too
    3lbs off this week.

    Im really struggling though feels horrid and i have the cold i just want cakes and sugar and cheesey toast :mad:

    Hope the cold clears up too, strange why when we are under the weather we never crave salads :confused: Look after yourself, over half way towards your goal now :D
