Yes....my cdc was away this week and I had to weigh myself on Monday night/tuesday. From the previous Monday I found it really difficult to stay on track (it didn't help that despite best efforts the scales refused to budge) - by Saturday I was so hacked off that I joined in with dinner. Thankfully not too much damage, and still managed to shed two lb (and another 2 since) BUT the point is that I felt I could 'make up for it' given that I didn't have to explain myself to my CDC at the end of the week. This is why WW etc doesn't work for me, there's too much opportunity to go off plan and 'make up for it later'. I think I may be one of those people that even at goal go every week to get weighed - too much opportunity to go off piste otherwise!
Here's hoping the damage will not be too extensive. It can't be fat, its glycogen/water weight, so you should take it off quickly if you have put on.
