    Hi All

    It's weigh in number 5 tonight and am sooo hoping for a good loss! Last two weeks I have lost 2lbs and been disappointed (but not surprised - there was some cheating going on). Have resisted every temptation this week - including drining water while my friends tucked into red wine and pizza, so I really need this to be a good one - I managed to fit in a three mile hike yesterday so maybe that will tip the scales in my favour!
    Wish me luck - will be back on later with my (please God) loss!
