WI week 6, dissapointed :(

well only lost 2lb this week, this would be an ok loss except it follows a 1lb loss last week.I don't know what's going on. I've been 100% the whole time drink 2-3 ltr water.Any ideas what's happening? will the losses catch up?Feeling very dissheartened, I've been working really hard & not getting much back

Hi Tiana,
Stick with it, the losses will sort themselves out. If you can, perhaps increase your water intake a little and see if that helps. Have you tried AAM week yet? Some people find that can be a bit of a kickstart too.
Make sure you're always having your 3 packs too, as it can be tempting to cut yourself short.
