    Good Morning.
    Just moved from weekly WIs to fortnight with my CDC (so this WI is my own) - but my [new] scales were pretty close to CDCs.... 6lbs :D
    Had a cr*p week 4 ... felt really low and miserable - but today I'm over half way and sooo pleased.

    Need to post more - so I can list new goals!
