WI - Week 6

Really, really chuffed as I'm in the 11's now

AAMW was a great sucess, and after 6 weeks following SS+ 100% I have lost 2 stone 1lb and Dave has lost 2 stone 10lbs.

Wish I had found this diet years ago as we both have struggled with our weight for such a long time. This is the first time ever we have found a diet that really works for us.

Good luck to all new CD'ers just starting, stick with it and reap the benefits.
