WI week 9 - utterly fed up!

    Exante
    Only 2lb lost again! And I had even increased my water intake and thought I had done quite well. If I want to get to target, I need to lose more than 3lb a week :( I hate small losses :cry:

    Aww bless ya hun xx I know it's annoying when you get small losses, but keep at it and within the next couple of weeks it will catch up with you and you will have a bigger loss.

    was on Cambridge diet NOW Weight watchers
    you should be over the moon - its about 1/2 a stone in 2 weeks. i never look at the 1 week loss but combine it into 4 weeks loss and see what i've lost in a month - in your case thats 20lb !!! which basically a stone and a half!! what other diet would give you that type of weight loss. you have lost MORE in the last month than you did in your first 4 weeks!! :)
