    Im SO chuffed!!!! Just done my 1st weigh & (cue the music).... Ive lost 8 llbs yippee well done me. So iv nw got 27 lbs to get to my ultimate goal. I so have to do this!! I stayed 100% TS ....hard but now iv seen the scales its sooo worth it. Im gna treat myslf & have a haircut me thinks :)

    Was it as hard as it seemed at the time? Remember it's the hardest part, week 2 is so much easier, your in the zone and you feel great!!

    Thanks! I think been able to have coke zero felt like a treat so that helped.
    Will stay strong ia

    well done thats fab loss. only on day 3 but i can not wait for wi1 gd luck for ur next wk :)
