My very first day back doin PP, looking forward to getting stuck into the plan, so here goes, please feel free to comment, good or bad :D

Breakfast – 2 pancakes & special k choc chip bar – 6pp

Snack – banana & apple – 0pp

Lunch – ww petit pain with wafer thin ham & mustard, tin ww tomato soup & ww crisps– 8pp

Dinner – peppered pork chop with 150g potatoes cut into chips & roasted in oven with side salad, tbsp ex light mayo – 13pp

Snack – 2 ww ginger cookies – 2pp

** ¼ pint semi skimmed milk used for coffee throughout day – 2pp**
