I dont know about wii fit- it always something i've thought about buying. I do dvd workouts at home (davina is a good one) which has helped me loose just over 2 stone in 3 months. I am not sure about the techinical differences between dvds and wii fit but i reckon if theres some cardio in there it should work! Let us know how u get on!:)

I have wii fit plus and I have to say I tend to only use it to weigh myself once a week as I don't attend actual ww meetings. I use to use it with exercises, the cardio ones are the best, as I struggle to do the stretches and core muscles on the wiifit board - not enough grip. I eventually started to doing actual running (outside) but the indoors convenience of the wii fit is great.

Well, I am doing my own little experiment people!

I am wii'ing it 30mins to an hour a day ... to see what happens! However, my wii thinks I am heavier than I am :( Maybe because of the time of day I guess? I don't really know! It said I was like 5 pounds heavier than my scales and the boots scales :(

That was depressing. And when i first got on it said...

"hello Claire! You haven't been here for a long time have you? 129 days in fact! Oh dear, you have gained a stone in weight. Overindulging over christmas?"

I was like, GEeeee! Thanks! lol.

Then I got down to 57 minutes worth of aerobic and muscle toning exercise! It was pretty good actually, and I did sweat so I can see how you supposidly lose weight!
I am wondering if there are any other games for the wii which are like this?

    xx

Wannabe10Stone - Get yourself a copy of Just Dance. It's so much fun, and really really works up a sweat. They've got two versions out now, and the song selection is really good. As long as you use it, it's totally worth the money. Great for when people come round too - appropriate for all ages!
