Im one of those people who, when focused will give it my all, 2000%. But i lack willpower and when i fall i fall hard.
Ive not been slim since the end of high school. Well i did loose a lot of weight when i first got with my husband but that was because i didn't eat around him (butterfly's, love all that kinda stuff)
I lost a stone with ww before and was so excited about the changes in my body and was loving the whole process, then for no reason went back to eating rubbish and ended up putting on more than i actually was. Ive never been 15st in my life but when i weighed myself after a loong time i was 15st 2lbs. That was it for me, i cried alot then kicked myself up the butt and got to work.
Went shopping for all my fave ww meals, snacks, lots of fruit and veg and got the turbo fire workout dvd.
After a week of changing my lifestyle compleatly i lost 3lbs at weigh in :) Im still on track this week for weigh in on tue.
Im not saying i wont ever eat rubbish again because im human and im not a eat clean, gym person. I have lazy days but i also have 4 kids to keep me on my toes. Ive had chocolate and crisps but no wear near as much as i had before and all within my points.
So sometimes ill post mt meals for the day and such and i will try get on everyday because this site has helpped loads in the past.
I have a spanish holiday with the family in september so thats my goal. I have a nice costume i want to look good in.
So here goes again. :D

Have so far still stayed on track with eating and workouts. Really looking forward to tue weigh in and my weeklies being renewed lol. I've 7 weeklies left and tomorrow and mon to go but. I've done awesome today. Starting to enjoy my workout more too.

So today has been good. I had boiled eggs toast and fruit for breakfast. I ww muffin for lunch (I blame the great British bake off lol) I had mac cheese for dinner (weighed out portion) with colli mash. I'm posting a pic of pudding, I have a sweet tooth today so trying to be good with it. I've still to work out :( I know should of done it by now. All in all ok and on track xx

image.jpg So pudding was blueberries and bananas chopped in a bowl and a danon shape choc pudding pot poured over the top. 3pp but worth it. Was yummy.

Work out done 55 mins of turbo fire and boy was I on fire lol my face was reeeeed. I'm starting to enjoy them. Endorphins defo kicking in.

It was :) know what even better? It was a pack of 4 ;) pudding tomorrow. Yeehaa.

Looking forward to weighing in tomorrow. Had a walk earlier with the buggy. I did however be a little naughty and have a crispy cake without pointing first. So I'm off to find out the points and hope its not to bad.
NEVER EAT THEMN POINT, ALWAYS POINT FIRST. lesson learned lol

very downhearted this week. Even though i worked my butt of all week i stayed the same. It happens all the time when i add in a workout programme. I want to excersice i enjoy it. But everytime i try i dont get anywere. I just sometimes think whats the point. Im sticking at it though. Need to keep thinking about my holiday. Its just knocked my confidence a bit if im honest.

Remember to measure yourself as well, sometimes the scales won't budge but your measurements will. x
