Hi Lesley. Fingers crossed for your WI. Hard to say if you will gain but if you do, it will just be a water gain and should start to go down again as of next week.

That being said, some people have come onto WW from a VLCD and have had good losses right from the get-go.

well done hun thats very good after coming off that,will look forward to hearing how you do next week at your wi :)

Hi lesley thats good you stayed the same, i know a few ladies who have come off vlcd tend too keep their intake of carbs very low as that sudden rush of carbs can muck up your metabolism that you have built up using a vlcd.
But heres to a loss next week.
