HI Guys. I found this diet plan on the web.
Can u have a look and see if it would work. It doesnt look that bad !!!!
Monday
  • 1 piece of fruit in season 1 slice of brown bread without butter or honey Coffee or Tea
  • Sliced cold chicken. No skin. 1 tomato Water or diet drink
  • I can Tuna
  • Mixed Green salad no oil, or dressing
  • 1 slice brown bread
  • 1 piece of fruit in season

  • 1 slice of brown bread without butter or honey
  • Coffee or Tea
  • Mixed Fresh Fruit Salad Water or diet drink
  • Grilled ground meat steak. 350 grams only

Remember, no cheating. Drink also water in between meals if you are hungry. Drink water in any case, between meals. Eat early. Do not have your diner after 19:00 hours under any occasion.

hun it sounds very much to me like the chemical diet??

it does work...but you have to be very strict with yourself:eatdrink051:...it does work for alot of people...

but for me...sadly it didnt...food found me:wave_cry:

stick to it, and i have known it be very affective for some people.

diets suit different people in different ways:grouphugg:

I agree with Vicky, that is very little food and if you have an active lifestyle I definately would not recommend it. What other diets have you tried?

will this diet work???

Ive lost over 3 stone since last summer doing the healthy eating thing with walking the dogs and exercising but ive reached a plateau and I want to get over it. Only want another 1.5 stone gone so I thought this might work.

Is it worth a try !!!!

If you are exercising you need more calories than that.

I might try it for a week and see how I get on .... im the type of person who doesnt eat that much when its warm so this week might just be easy considering the weather.

Im off to do some more research on the chemical diet as someone suggested it was called. Will keep u up to date on progress

It has a habbit of doing that doesn't it?! There really is nowhere to hide from it, it finds you everywhere!
