Willpower of steel!

    Wel I had to come and tell you all I decided to go with my family for a walk along the seafront its about a 3 mile walk. Well they stopped at a restaurant and all had cheese burger and chips I sooooooooo wanted some but I sat with my glass of water!!

    I have only had 2 packs today and I am meant to have 4 I just cant face them and I am not hungry at all!!!

    Anna just wanted to say that's absolutely fantastic!!! Well done on resisting, tht really did take some willpower.

    Please have your last two packs though, it's so very important that you have all your packs. They contain all your daily nutrients, you will be lacking in these if you do not take them.

    Well done again on resisting and on the walk!

    Hi bo-lady,
    Well done on not eating, I have been to tescos earlier and it was full of food!! lol but I didnt get anything to eat just more water.
    My daughter was trying to persuade me to eat a little chicken and lettuce as she has been worried about me but I explained I dont feel hungry at all, she was ok then.
    Try and get the last shakes down as you dont want to make yourself ill do you??
