    hi there

    i am now starting my 3rd week of eating less and exercising more. so far i have been sticking to 1000-1200 calories a day drinking lots of water and doing 1 to 2 hours quick walking a day.although i will be doing less walking soon as i am waiting for my new cross trainer to arrive.

    i am really surprised with myself at how well i have stuck to everything. i think it helps that my partner knows and so i cant really cheat as he would know and then i would feel bad. the thing is though i really dont want to cheat as seeing the weight coming off makes me feel so much better than eating something "nice".

    anyway after reading some diarys on here i have decided to try and keep my own. i will try and update it at night with what i have eaten and what exercise i have done.

    tuesday 26th april
    my food for today has been
    breakfast 2 chocolate weetabix with 200ml warm ss milk 254cals
    lunch roll 111cals,2 slices ham 40cals,scrape flora light about
    15cals.
    snack ww cookie bar 92cals.
    dinner 1 chicken breast 163cals,1/2 jar curry sauce 134cals,3/4 bag stir fry veg 105cals,7 sprays fry light 7cals.
    total 921cals
    i have drunk about 2 1/4 litres water.
    i have done 10 mins on my new cross trainer.

    i feel really good and very full and satisfied. my dinner was so filling that i couldnt finish it.

    wednesday 27th april
    my food today has been
    breakfast 2 chocolate weetabix with 200ml warm ss milk 254cals
    lunch roll 111cals,scrape flora light 15cals,2 slices ham 40cals,some lettuce
    dinner 1 chicken breast 163cals,1/2 jar curry sauce 134cals,100g sweetcorn 116cals,75g green beans 21cals,4 sprays fry light 4 cals
    snack hot chocolate 37cals,2 ww biscuits 86 cals.
    total 981cals

    water about 2 litres

    exercise 20 mins cross trainer, 1hr 20 min walk.

    i didnt finish all my dinner again as i was really full. i had a snack later cause i had my dinner quite early.

    im feeling a bit down today. probably cause totm. normally i would have had a big binge but i didnt feel the need to. which is good.lets hope it stays that way.

    lunch roll 111cals,2slices ham 40cals
    dinner pasta bolognese bake 471cals
    snack apple fruit bar 93cals,apple 47cals,hot choc 37cals.
    total 1053cals

    water about 2 litres

    exercise 10min cross trainer, 55 min walk

    dinner chicken 296, thai red curry sauce 180 cals,rice noodles 162 cals 4 sprays fry light 4 cals
    total 1205 cals

    water 1 3/4 litres

    exercise 43 mins walk

    i feel quite guilty tonight because i ate more calories than i would of liked for dinner. it happened because when i decided to have that dinner i was going by the calories of chicken from another shop that i had the other night that was lower in calories.by the time i realised it was too late. in some ways i think i shouldnt feel guilty cause its not like i have gone over by hundreds of calories but i still do. i suppose the good thing was it really filled me up(so much so that i couldnt finish it and had to leave some) so i didnt want anything else to eat. it would have been alot worse if i had more to eat after that.
    also i should have done more exercise but other things got in the way.
    oh well tomorrow is another day.

    i feel much better today than i did yesterday. it was stupid to feel guilty when i didnt actually over eat.

    exercise 5 mins cross trainer, 53 min walk,1 hour 1 min biggest looser on xbox kinect.
    i am in so much pain from doing the biggest looser. while i was doing it, it was a bit hard but i felt ok but then when i woke up this morning the tops of my legs are killing me. im finding it really hard to bend and sit down.hopefully it will ease up by tomorrow because i dont think i can do any exercise today.

    Keep going you are doing so well.

    I know what you mean about the aches!! I went for a walk on monday, about 3 hours but we walked back along the beach!! Was painful Tuesday morning till I straightened up !
