Low-alcohol wine as defined by SW is less than 1.2& alcohol, so you can't use these values for your Chenet, sadly.
There is an entry for what you need though. "Basic, Wine, reduced alcohol, all varieties, not more than 5.5% vol, 250ml" is 5.5 syns, and as there are three of those glasses in a bottle, it would be 16.5 syns. This is compared to 26 syns for a normal bottle of red.
