Extra Easy Wine lovers

On day one of the plan and am just wondering how people incorporate wine into the plan?. I don't go out and wine is my treat at weekends but I cannot stop at one glass but usually stop at the bottle lol :)
 
I love a nice glass of cab sauv! I tend to limit my syns in the week and 'save' them for a few glasses at the weekend. Ok, it may slow down any losses, but makes the plan do-able so I can stick with it. I know that if I had to cut out wine altogether, I'd give up!
 
I also like a glass or two of wine.

I've bought myself a 'mid week' glass which is 100mls which I got from the charity shop. It means I can have a glass or two of wine at evenings without having too much. And I'm having a glass of wine:D

I did try putting just 100mls in a larger glass but it just maked me feel like I was depriving myself.

On a Saturday night I have my 'weekend' glass & have a few glasses with some chocolate:D
