    Well i decided to try and keep a food diary.
    I am just getting too confused on what i'm eating throughout the day and end up going wrong! :booboo:
    Hopefully this will keep me focused and on the straight and narrow.

    Please feel free to pass comment.

    Here goes..

    Friday 25th September 2009 (Red Day)

    Breakfast: 2 Weetabix (HEXB) with skimmed milk (HEXA).

    Lunch: Ham and Prawn Salad with balsamic vinegar. 10 olives (1½ syns)
    Dinner: 3 Tesco Light Choices sausages (1 syn each) SW Chips (HEXB) with mushrooms and a fried egg and 2 tbsp of brown sauce (2 syn)

    Tonight's Snack: Tesco’s Cheese Curls (3½ syns)

    Total Syns: 10 syns

    YOu are quite low on your vegetables and fruit. Perhaps you could have had some tomatoes with your sausages and fruit in between. Keep the fibre up to increase weight loss good luck x

    Thanks Brightonrosie. It's odd, when I'm at work i eat loads of fruit, when it's my day off i kind of forget...

    Saturday 26th September 2009 Red Day
    Breakfast: Omelette with mushrooms, bacon and spring onion

    Lunch: Ham sandwich made with 2 slices of WW wholemeal bread (HEXB) and an apple

    Snack: Activia low fat yoghurt and Alpen light chocolate orange (HEXB)
    Dinner: Chinese spare ribs (8½) and half a portion of stir fried Mushrooms (3½)
    Evening Snack: Alpen light chocolate orange (HEXB)

    Total Syns: 12
    I know again not enough fruit! I will really try tomorrow. I'm planning a roast so will have loads with that.....promise
    I am right in thinking 2 Alpen light (choccy ones) are HEXB's aren't I?

    Sunday 27th September 2009 Extra Easy Day
    Breakfast: 2 Weetabix (HEXB) with skimmed milk (HEXA) chopped strawberries and a banana
    Afternoon Snack: Tesco’s Cheese Curls (3½ syns)
    Lunch: Bachelor’s Savoury Rice with mushrooms and onions
    Dinner: Roast beef, Dry roast potatoes, carrots, fine green beans and cabbage. Gravy made with granules and beef juices (guess at 4 syns) I had a good ladle full
    Evening Snack: apple

    Try not to guess your syns. Often that is where the problems start. otherwise a good day today x

    Breakfast: 2 Weetabix (HEXB) made with skimmed milk (HEXA).

    Snack: banana and apple

    Lunch: beef salad with light dressing (1 syn) strawberries and Activia yoghurt
    Afternoon Snack: Alpen light (½ HEXB)
    Dinner: Beef stir fry with stir fry vegetables and 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce (1 syn)
    Evening Snack: Alpen light (½ HEXB) and Tesco’s Cheese Curls (3½ syns)


    Total Syns: 5½

    Snack: Banana and Apple

    Lunch: Bachelors Savoury Rice, strawberries and Activia yoghurt
    Dinner: 2 egg omelette with ham (HEXB) mushrooms, with sautéed new potatoes, sweetcorn and onions
    Evening Snack: Twix (14½ syns)

    Breakfast: 2 Weetabix (HEXB) made with skimmed milk (HEXA).

    Snack: Banana

    Lunch: Savoury Rice, strawberries and Activia yoghurt
    Dinner: Spaghetti Carbonara, sauce made with an egg and Garlic and herb cream cheese (6 syns) with ham (HEXB) peppers, mushrooms and sweetcorn
    Total Syns: 6

    Feeling very fat today......... one more day until weigh in and i don't think i've lost anything again this week!

    Snack: apple

    Lunch: BLT on WW Wholemeal bread (HEXB) Tesco Cheese Curls (3½ syns)
    Afternoon Snack: 2 finger Kit Kat (5½syns)
    Dinner: Chicken wrapped in Parma Ham stuffed with LC XL Cheese Triangles Stir fry vegetables and mange tout

    Ok....... tried to be good today!

    Breakfast: Sausage Sandwich made with 2 x WW WM Bread (HEXB) 3 x Tesco LC Cumberland Sausages (3 syns)

    Snack: an apple

    Lunch: Strawberries and fromage frais

    Dinner: Roast pork, dry roast pots, carrots, green beans and cabbage. Gravy (3 syns)

    Total Syns: 6 syns

    EDIT Extra Syns Cheese Curls (3½) Alpen Light (3)

    I would def recommend changing your hex Bs and having more variety. On Friday it may be better to have many more free foods than filling yourself up with synned food. Syns should come after free foods .xx

    Hi Brightrosie! You're right looking back it does seem I eat mainly WW WM Bread for HEXB's. will make the effort to vary it a bit.

    Friday was a bit of a naughty day.......couldn't resist a chinese:sign0151:
