stews and the like can be made SW freindly,mash etc can as well, i do agree that salad in the winter doesnt hit the spot but think of all the lovely free veg ? and clementines or satsumas at christmas
I am ashamed to say i dont do the cycling etc in the summer either

im stuggling to excercise at all at the moment its way to cold. I really need to switch the wii fit on if only to stop my husband moaning that he bought it me and ive only used it a handfull of times in a year lol
