    Hi everyone
Are you feeling nervous about the winter and what inevitably comes hand in hand....comfort eating & stodgy foods! :D

Out with the fresh fruit and healthy salads and in with the lamb stews and hearty hot puds.

No more walking/cycling because of the wind and rain!

The 2 combined has to equal a bit of weight gain.....dont you reckon?

stews and the like can be made SW freindly, mash etc can as well, i do agree that salad in the winter doesnt hit the spot but think of all the lovely free veg ? and clementines or satsumas at christmas

I know what you mean but I would swap the salads for superfree veggie soups!
