Hows everyone coping with the winter weather and dieting ,, im struggling i just want warming winter stodgy foods argggggggggggggg not good , ive also pretty much replaced lunch shake with 2 cuppa soups for warmth as there only around 100 cals for the 2 i mix the flavours to make them taste different

Not good is it, about 10.5 inches of lying snow. More forecast too.

All im craving is stew and dumplings! Not good.

I'm struggling too. I'm on annual leave all this week and i'm craving crap!

I think were all hard wired to crave food that will warm us through and keep us going through the cold weather in case of food shortage. Damn these caveman instincts!

Yeah I like having warm food when it's this freezing! Still been having roast dinners and stuff with my family on evenings, just having shakes in the day and making sure my evening meal stays within calorie limit then I've got a nice hot meal to look forward to :)
