The plan was for an EE day only manage 1/2 ate to much on the 29th and could not eat much today so her goes:

30th April EE DAY

2 slice warburtons 400gm (did not eat)

B- orange

L/D- Potatoes mushy peas 2 eggs, strawberries,pineapple chunks(fresh not tin) & mullerlight yog.
