    FOOD DIARY 27TH APRIL
    RED DAY

    RED DAY

    HE A choice
    350 skimmed milk
    42gm kerry low low cheese

    HE B choice
    28gm weetabix bitesize & 1 ryvita
    2 slice warburton wholemeal bread(400gm)

    B-weetabix & orange

    L-cod in butter sauce,cabbage carrot & spinach (steamed)
    apple,plum,pear,kiwi with brooklea f/f yog

    S-banana

    D-Ham,spinach leaves(raw) tomatoe,cucumber,beetroot,courgettes,spring onons,boiled eggs gratered cheese & radish

    S-2 slice toast with (R/S) jam 1tbsp, low fat marg 1tbsp & apple & ryvita

    Tea,coffe.water,diet energy drink, herbal tea & sweetner.

    SYNS
    Sweets = 6
    Jam(R/S) 1tbsp = 1.5
    Low fat marg 1tbsp = 3
    2 cod in butter sauce (youngs) = 3
    TOTAL = 13.5 syns

    L-2 x cod in butter sauce with broccoli,cauli & spinach(steamed)
    plum,kiwi,pear & Sainsbury's frozen summerberries with 2x danone zero yog

    S- banana

    D-Sainsbury's mixed salad leaves,carrot,sweetcorn,cabbage,mixed peppers,beetroot,ham & egg

    Tea,coffe,water,diet e/d,herbal tea (sweetner)

    Syns

    sweets & cake 10

    FOOD DIARY FOR THE 30TH APRIL

    The plan was for an EE day only manage 1/2 ate to much on the 29th and could not eat much today so her goes:

    30th April EE DAY

    HE A choice
    350 skimmed milk

    HE B choice
    2 slice warburtons 400gm (did not eat)

    B- orange

    L/D- Potatoes mushy peas 2 eggs, strawberries,pineapple chunks(fresh not tin) & mullerlight yog.

    Syns
    sweets = 2
    chocolate = 7
    Total = 9syns.




    1st May EE day


    HE A choice
    350 skimmed milk

    HE B choice
    2slice warburton 400gm bread

    B- 3 slice warburton toast with 1tbsp of low fat marg, 1tbsp reduce sugar jam & banana

    S- pear,pineapple & Danone zero yog

    L-green,yellow peppers,tomato,courgettes(raw),grated carrots,spring onion & pork chops

    D- boiled potatoes,spinach & pork chops

    S- strawberries,pineapple,plum & danone zero yog.

    Syns
    1 slice warburton = 3
    1tbsp low fat marg=3
    1tbsp r/s jam = 1.5
    sweets= 2

    Total = 9.5 syns

    Thank you emmaline still finding my way around the forum, trust me i will definetly let you know how i am getting on so be prepared for the good & bad days. Thank you for taking an interest much appreciated. Hope have done this right

    D-Tuna pasta with yellow,green & orange peppers with side salad of tomatoes and radishes.

    S-fresh pineapple chunks,strawberries,pear with danone zero yog.

    Extra light mayo = 3
    fudge = 2.5
    sweets = 5
    Total = 10.5 syns

    L-Fried cod (frylight) & Salad (lettuce,tomatoe,beetroot,spring onions,red & green peppers,cucumber,grated carrots,mangetout) with (sbgy) cottage cheese & chives.
    Strawberries,pineapple, mixed berries with brooklea f/f yog.

    S-Danone zero yog &Walkers baked cheese & onion crisp

    D- Tuna in brine with rest of salad as above with ryvita crackerbread (2 extra)

    S- Apple

    SYNS

    Mayo(extra light) = 1

    Not been funny but is it worth posting a food diary here as i am getting no feedback just wondered if i should be posting some where else on this forum.
