First time here, second go at SW, lost 3 stone 2 years ago and ate my way back up Still on the upside at least I know this is the only diet that actually works, ( yes I did Dukan)

Started back with SW on Monday although I am not attending group due to work commitments.

Hi and welcome, I joined this site last year, but due to many reasons fell off the wagon, however I am now back with a stronger will than ever to loose weight, I will be starting next week when I get paid so I can do a "big shop" , sure you will find lots of support here....
