Hi all, :D

I am new to this site not new to trying to lose weight. So here goes, I have alot of weddings etc this year so need to be shadow of my former self so I can look good and feel good.

What I am trying to do is 3 healthy meals a day, Zumba Wii game at least once a day for at least 30 minutes. Then possibly start a spinning class when I build up my fitness.

I will be uploading pictures at a later date so you can see my slow but sure transformation.

Welcome aboard! You know, I think the Wii is fantastic for weight loss, because you feel like you’re playing a game rather than feeling the dread of having to go to the gym. I know a couple of former couch potato gaming enthusiasts who lost quite a lot of weight just by using Wii Fit and a couple of dancing games! Amazing what a difference it makes. Good luck!
 
I did ten minutes hula hooping the other day with other little games and my sides are still sore lol So it really does work :D
