Wishing the wobble away food diary

I thought posting a food diary might help me. Please feel free to comment on where i'm going wrong or give any tips you may have :)

Wednesday 15th December
Green day

Breakfast
Fresh pineapple (69p in Aldi! :))
0% greek yogurt

Mid morning
mince pie hifi bar (healthy B)

Lunch
SW tomato soup, made a big batch up with 2 tins tomato, 1 tin beans, 1 tin carrots, paprika, chilli powder, and onion

mid afternoon
pineapple
mince pie hifi bar (healthy B)

Dinner
sw chips
2 x 'fried' eggs (in frylight)
0% yogurt
frozen berries

Healthy A - 250ml semi skimmed milk

Drinks, no added sugar blackcurrent squash, tea and peppermint tea. Cant remember how many but i had at least 6 glasses of squash (trying to have plenty of vitamin c!

Syns
cough syrup = 2 syns
Nutella = 4 syns
2 tablespoons ketchup = 2
Total = 8 syns


Not as much fruit and veg as i normally have in a day, but I'm getting over a throat infection and it's * week so in need of comfort food.

Any advice/comments appreciated.

Not sure on dinner this evening as my sister is cooking - I know its going to be pasta, salad and garlic bread, but dont know what type of sauce she's doing. She eats really healthly so i'm hoping i'll be able to work it into my syns! I'll avoid the garlic bread! :eek: She's cooking for all of the family so I didnt feel i could ask for something different.

1oz porridge (healthy extra B)

1/2oz porridge = 2.5 syns (1oz on its own doesnt fill me up, so i have 1.5oz!!)
