Fairly new here but been lurking a while watching what it's all about and if anything I find it inspirational, it motivates me to keep going when times are hard i.e when a certain funny clown called R.McDonald is knocking at my belly's door.

Now I can't promise I update every week, my job is varied and do long hours it used to involve lots of junk food snacking and when I started the lipotrim I found the first few days hell, bad headaches and hunger pangs, now I'm 8 weeks in and still going strong, but don't get me wrong I've had a few nights out "3" in Restaurants and the occasional pick when making other peoples meals, but the weight is still coming off and that makes me HAPPY :)

Week 1 - 19st 3.6lb BMI 36.4
Week 2 - 18st 7.7lb 35.2
Week 3 - 17st 13.9lb 34.1
Week 4 - 17st 8.7lb 33.4
Week 5 - 17st 1.2lb 32.4
Week 6 - 16st 10.6lb 31.7
Week 7 - 16st 5.1lb 31.1
Week 8 - 16st 0.2lb 30.5
Week 9 - 15st 8.1lb 29.6
Week 10 -15st 8.1lb 29.6
Week 11 -15st 1.6lb 28.7
Week 12 -15st 0.1lb 27.9

Don't have any goals, but will probably stop when I've had enough.

i think youve done wonderfully and i cant wait to be 8 weeks down like you. im starting today. advice?

OK now updated to week 12, Admittedly had a few meals inbetween as been away at weekends hence no change or little change sometimes.
Things I noticed so far are dropped from a 42 to 38 waist, dropped from XXXL to XL/XXL shirts, started to get baggy skin especially round bottom of bum, so started doing some gentle running in last few days hopefully will tone up certain areas?
Wrists and ankles have become smaller, less fat on arms and legs, less man boobs.
Feeling good but still struggle to keep temptation away although I do not pick anymore whilst making other peoples meals/dinner.
Will keep updated.
