well done, once piece of advice, cut the cheating full, i know from experience, when you do cheat and get a good loss, then you think it wont make a diff, but the next weeks loss wont be as good

Sound advice! I didn't so much cheat as have planned protein in order to take medication but it did make a big difference overall! Some who stayed 100% lost much more than me over the same period........
