Had my 1st weigh-in today and I lost 8lbs . Very pleased with that.

Only problem is I'm bloated because I haven't 'been' properley for a few days. Apparently the best thing for this is Movicol (doesn't interfere with Cambridge?) which is only available on prescription , so booked myself a doc's appointment. Hopefully next week I'll have another good weight loss ;).

    Hi guys,
Yes I went to Boots first but they told me I need a prescription. Fortunately managed to get a doc's appt. He prescribed me 60 sachets which cost £7.60 or however much it is for a prescription. Hope it works ;) x
