Wk 14 WI - Now for refeed!

    Well I lost another 3lbs bringing my total loss to 5 stones 3 pounds in 14 weeks, I'm absolutely thrilled at that. So now for refeed, I still have some to lose but not set a goal yet, maybe 11st 7lbs? Anyway I'm going to change to my home scales today so despite weighing 12st 4lbs, my home scales read 12st 7lbs so I'm going to stick with the home scale. I will continue to update my weight weekly on my ticker and I'm going over to refeed, thanx everyone for ur support along my journey xxx

    Well done on your weight loss, it's fab!!! I bet you feel great. Keep up the good work. What was the most difficult time for you? I've just finished week 1 and found it quite easy, but i'm frightened it may get much tougher...stories like yours help my motivation so thank you.

    Cate u too r doing fab, I might be back later in the year to shed the final pounds if I don't manage it on GL. At the mo I plan on continuing refeed days 4-7 for the foreseeable, enjoying it so far, day 3 today but feeling a little bunged up aaaaaaargh \0/ x
