Wk 18 WI

I lost 1kg this week but that was in 4 days due to my weighing in on Monday and then on Friday due to being away last weekend. This now means that I am 8 stone lighter than a year ago. The girl in the pharmacy pointed out that she weighs 8 stone!!! LT rocks!!!

My next milestone will be to be 17something stone. That should be chalked up by this time next week.

Thanks to all my forum chums for the support you continue to give me and each other. You know who you are and I love yer all!
