WK 3 WI and howdy

hi guys, i'm not posted for a few days as ive been away. it has been the longest 5 days and the internet access nearly drove me mad so i didnt manage to log on.

well i would love to tell you all that i behaved like Cankster did on his residential the other week, but sorry i didn't:cry:, i just couldn't concentrate in the afternoon.......

so i had 2 shakes and a protein meal, like steak or chicken of fish, no puddings no carbs.

went to get weighed this morning and its TOTM as well..........absolutely dreading it and i've lost.............

2lbs..........i'm well chufffed.

one and a half more weeks on full LT and then i'm swapping to maintenance while i am on holiday, spoke to the pharmacist and we agreed thats the best thing to do and then go back on the full LT when i get back.

Wow, that's a great loss for totm. Well done for keeping away from the puds and sticking to protein and salad. You may well still be in ketosis - or will get back very quickly.
