Wk1 officially completed

Hi all, this forum is great! Just the encouragement needed. I need to lose 5.5stone, so I thought I'd do this TFR diet for as long as it takes. I eat small meals its the snacking that's my problem, and despite a full time job, it's the 4 hours sleep a night, that has been the main reasons for my weigh gain.

I had my first weigh in yesterday morning and I lost 1stone and 1lb, it's incredible to think, that such weigh loss is possible. I've read the first weigh in is the biggest, so I will defo need your support and the weeks go on.

The killer breath is an issue now, any solutions?

Congrats Desrie for completing your first week thats the hard part :p... For the breath I use listerine original a few times a day which is recommended by my pharmacy but it is quite strong, it think anyway. There are also breath strips but Im a bit unsure about them. Ask your pharmacy they are there to help :)
