I'm really :mad: about it. I'm :D in one sense, because I've now lost a stone which is great, but theres no way I'll hit my target in the planned time if all I'm losing is a lb and a half a week.
This week is week 5, and I'm moving to TS for a week to see if I still lose anything (and to see if a few extra calories this week affects wk 6 at all) I'm not giving up, but boy and I p**sed off that its not coming off quicker.

You've done great so far, so don't lose heart!! You'll probably have a better loss next week, remember your body is adapting, quickly :)

14lb a month is the average loss, so you've hit it right on the button there!!

Oh and remember to take your measurements!!

I take mine every 2 weeks and although I only had a 2lb loss this week I feel like I've lost more :D
