here's hoping lol might be a bit difficult to lose more than the gain as i'm on the 1200 plan but i'll give it my best shot....can go back to the gym again now too :-D I'll be there tomorrow :-D

Just wanted to say I love your attitude to this diet, you are always so positive and don't waste time beating yourself up, you've been naughty and you're moving on - good for you! Here's to next week which I am sure will be going in the right direction for you.
