Hi everyone,

I'm getting nervous, I've been nominated for WOTY and everyone seems to have been asked by their consulatant (admittedly not from my group) to do a speech kind of thing... I haven't been asked to do this and I'm nervous that im unprepared... is this a common thing to happen?

Any advise would be appreciated!!

Hi Pineapples - firstly, congratulations on the nomination!

I was nominated last year, and we were just asked a couple of questions. For example, why we started SW, what's changed for us, any favourite meals, any tips for newbies. It was all fairly general, and you could say as little or as much as you wanted. We were also encouraged to bring in before and after photos.
