You go pick up 1lb of anything and tell me it's light. Now try picking up 4lbs and still telling me it's light.

4lbs of human fat is about 14,000 calories. Even if you've lost 2lbs of fat and 2lbs of stored fluids that's still 7,000 calories you've shaken off.

Don't ever think that 4lbs isn't much. Heck, don't even think that 1lb is a small amount. You've done amazingly well. Things will slow down after your first week, but when 1lb is 3,500 calories that's equivalent to about 8 Mars Bars for each lb, so you've shed 32 so far :D
