WOOHOO!! V PLEASED!

    Well on day 4 today.

    Day 1 - not so good - as v hungry (had chicken in the end for tea)
    Day 2 - getting better - but TOTM
    Day 3 - v hectic - not enough water

    Day 4 - just been for 1st week midweek check - and have lost .................................................................

    5 lbs!!!! WAHEY!

    Not had nearly enough water again today as running round like a loony - as we are moving house tomorrow.

    Might be hard next few days - but will be busy with house move.

    Cant wait for official weigh in on Monday now!!!

    Oh and my BMI has dropped as well to below 35!!

    So happy!
