This diet really is the best.
I've just had my first week weigh in and i've lost 12lbs.
I'm over the moon, especially as it was an evening wi and I felt so bloated with all of the water i've drunk.
I would highly recomend this diet to anyone that's wanting to lose weight. :D

Liz!!!!! How are you??? Omg I can't believe we're both bak here! I ended up going way off track last time but this time I'm doing good! I have my 4th weigh in on Tuesday but so far have lost a stone and a half! Keep at it you know how well u did last time! Much love xxxx
